Day 21 - Painting

Day 20 - Sweet Potato and Ginger Soup

This is Sweet Potato and Ginger Soup that I made up as I went along. It turned out pretty well. Now I just need some fresh bread to go with it!

 

 

Day 19 - Disney on Ice

Tonight I took Natalie to Disney on Ice and we had so much fun! First we went to the Princess Dinner at the venue then went upstairs to our seats.

Day 18?

I'm back...!

I was planning on making sweet potato soup and taking pictures... but instead I peeled part of my thumb off (damn potato peeler!) so... no soup!

Instead, here is a picture from last week when my son had surgery to remove his hemangioma.

FINALLY!

My computer is all fixed and running like new (knock on wood) so I will be back tonight to continue posting!! Can't wait to get back at it!

Computer Issues

I'm not a slacker... honest! I am having computer issues once again. The tech from Dell thinks it is a motherboard issue that has to be repaired :S

Once the computer is back to its old self (well, hopefully better than that) I will be up and running again. But, for now, no pictures from me.

Day 15 - More Baking

I am holding a bake sale at work on Monday to raise money for the Relief efforts in Haiti. I am donating all of the money collected to the Canadian Red Cross.

Here are some of the things I was busy baking tonight.

Cherry Tarts, Lace cookie roll up things and soft lemon cookies.

Day 14 - Children's Museum

Saturday we ventured to the Children's Museum for a family outing. It was Natalie's birthday so we went there then to Boston Pizza for supper. She had so much fun!

Day 13 - Natalie Baking

Here is our little princess enjoying baking a cherry pie! She absolutely loves cherries, so most of them get eaten before the pie is finished.

Day 12 - I miss the Sun!

Tonight I am posting pictures we took in Cuba on our Honeymoon. (hey, I never said the pictures had to be taken the same day!)

Day 11 - Jacob

Since yesterday I posted a pic of Nat, today is Jake's day!

We went to the pediatric plastic surgeon today to fill out forms and discuss his surgery. He will be getting his hemangioma removed. Here is a before picture, all covered in food! lol

Day Ten - Natalie

My picture today is of my super cute daughter Natalie. She will be four this weekend. It is hard to believe she is that old already! She hates her picture being taken, so this is her "take your damn picture and go" look.

Day Nine - Diaper Sprayer

My friend wanted to see how my diaper sprayer was hooked up, so I thought I would take pictures and post them here!

Diaper sprayers are a must-have for anyone who cloth diapers a baby on solids! Breastmilk is easily taken care of in the washer, but solids have to be rinsed off first. A diaper sprayer makes life easier! It is also handy for spraying out a potty ;)

Please ignore the super ugly tile and vinyl lol We need to redo the bathroom!

I guy that I work with had fun putting this together for me at the store. I showed him some online and he came up with this. It works great and even has a control lever thing (not sure what to call it) to turn it off. So when the kids decide it might be fun to squeeze the button nothing comes out! Or just adjust the pressure of the water you spray (to avoid it spraying back in your face! lol)

Day Eight - Lasagna!

Tonight Natalie and I made some sloppy but oh so good homemade lasagna for supper! Yum!

 

Not quite food magazine worthy, but it tasted so good!

Day Seven - Fun outside
